The apartment for rental consists of two double bedrooms, one with double bed and en-suite shower room;
the other with twin beds and a separate bathroom.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including fridge, washing machine, and other standard appliances.
Adjoining is a spacious dining cum living room with 20 channel TV.
Outside there is a large private terrace with barbecue, patio table, chairs and recliners.
The terrace overlooks sub-tropical gardens, which are excellently maintained. To their glamour adds a mountain stream that runs through and feeds fish ponds under spreading palms and bamboos.
The gardens house two swimming pools, a separate pool for children, Restaurant and Bar.
There are sea views, and Burrianna Beach is 10 to 15 minutes walk down the cliff path.
About the Nerja area
Nerja is a medium sized town, the centre of which is a 15 to 20 minutes walk away. It is unspoilt by high-rise developmentas seen further along the coast, with a lively nightlife (if desired), a large variety of restaurants and interesting shops. It is famous for the cliff top plaza, the 'Balcon de Europa', and the nearby caves at Maro. On its southern side
there are sandy palm-fringed beaches, whilst a mile or so to the north, the mountains rise into the National Parkland of the Sierra Almijara famous for its picnic areas and mountain walks. At the top of the estate there is a bus stop and the Las Fuentas Restaurant. A ten-minute walk brings you to the nearest supermarket.
